• Movement based Yoga to aid attention and concentration
• Yoga for core strength and self-regulation
• Mechanics of handwriting – pencil grip, in-hand manipulation skills
• Shoulder stability
• Letter formation spacing and line use.
• Social skills in a group environment
Group sessions are eligible for private health rebate.
